I would like to replace both RH and LH assemblies in the window.
Tension is showing to be 5.5.
What do I need to order to get the jon done?

This looks similar to the Series 230 coil balance assembly. We don't presently sell a 5.5-pound version, but we're working on adding this to our catalog. We'll let you know as soon as it's ready for purchase on our website.
