The Screw in the crank handle broke away and fell out.

I will need the entire right hand casement crank assembly. I just bought home - it was built in 1983 so I don't know how to replace it. Would you have anything comparable and what is price if you do? Thanks.

Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of your operator fully removed from the window, including a clear view of the top and bottom installation holes, as well as the arms that connect to the internal window linkage. Also, please write out the distance between the installation holes to compare to our inventory. From there, we should be able to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!
