Hi there! Take a look at our 58-053 and 58-114. Compare their dimensions to your own hardware to see if either could be a match. Thanks for posting!

You may also want to consider our 58-055 bubble seal with an offset base like the white weatherstripping in your photo. As for the second seal, we do not carry an exact replacement but you could consider our 58-135 with a 3/16" base to see if the dimensions could work as a replacement. Thank you!
