The balance spring broken inside a Balance Cartridge

A home owner from Cincinnati, Ohio says:

We have an old house with NOCO brand double-hung wood frame windows. The heavy lower window (of 30.5" X 40" size) seems to be the reason for the broken spring inside the the (Channel) Balance Cartridge (photos attached). The model number shown on the Balance Cartridge is 36 HD B (BSI small words) where HD means Heavy Duty. Do you have the parts for this kind of (Channel) Balance Cartridge available in your inventory. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Take a look at our S751-37 with a 36HD spring strength option. You'll just need to remove the knife lock shoe from the jamb liner to confirm that it matches what we show on our website. Thank you!
