The black plastic piece has cracked on several of our windows.

Question

1. Can you offer the black plastic replacement part/kit, as I am a machinist and can rivet and press parts in if its an option.

2. Do you have The whole four hole screw in metal/ plastic assembly's, assuming there is right and left side differences?

I'm not sure which black plastic piece you're referring to, but take a look at our 36-048 hinge set. Review our dimensions and compare them to your current hardware to see if this matches up for what you need. Just be sure to replace both the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
