The bottom rusty piece needs replacement

Question

The bottom part of the window (I believe is the top and bottom hinge sets) is a bit rusty and needs to be replaced with new parts. Would you recommend what parts I need?

Thanks for contacting us. I recommend the 36-004-10 hinge pair. These are a little different compared to yours, but as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then it should be fine. These are also stainless steel, so corrosion would be less of a problem in the future.
