The broken one has faded markings. The other one has 31-5(or maybe 8) I N5 CMC

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help with this, but it must be a custom order due to the pulley wheel built into the bottom shoe. Can you show us a photo of the code printed on the underside of the shoe? We'd also like to see an up-close photo of the top fitting. 

As for the stamp, does the balance on the other side have a less faded stamp that we can see? We'll need to know the number of balances you're looking to replace as well.
