Question

The color of the tip is black. I believe that is for an impact resistant window. I also need some plastic guides, the bottom attachment piece and some decorative plastic covers.

I'm going to need 8 24" spring, 4 18" springs, 12 decorative covers, 12 plastic guides and 4 bottom connectors. Springs are 5/8 diameter.

This looks like a spiral balance for a non tilt window. If the outer tube is 9/16", which it should be, then you can use our Series 500. We also sell the 17-012 bracket.

We do not sell decorative covers, unfortunately. We only sell the replacement parts.
