The complete device to open and close this window!

Home Owner from Santa Cruz California 95003
This window is located on the side of my home. When I stand in frount of the window the crank is located at the bottom of the window. If I use the crank to open the window it moves from my right to my left swinging outwards. To close the window standing directly in front of the window I grab the crank and turn. The window will close moving from left to right. The mechanism is located at the bottom of the window it is attached to the bottom of the window frame. I think there are guides for the window as well. I have more photos if needed. I tried to remove the mechanism but could not undo one screw. Hope this is enough information!

Hello, thank you for posting,

Please review the style and dimensions of the 39-253RB operator that uses the 39-529 track slider (sold separately). Compare below to confirm a good fit!

Dimensions for 39-253RB
Dimensions for 39-253RB

See the 39-452 or 39-376 for a cover and handle depending on style preference.

Also see the 39-528 sill track if needed. I cannot get a clear look at the bracket, but take a look at the 39-545 or 39-546 which are commonly used with this operator.

For the a new hinge, see the 36-048 2-bar hinge set with a 10" sill track or the 36-049 with a 14" sill track. Please note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time. Compare all hardware to your originals to confirm the correct match. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
