Is the operator (KK brand) made by Swisco?
The crank teeth have been weared out so the operator cannot open/close the window. Do I need to buy the operator to replace the old one? I measure the longer arm length, it is about 9.5".
Thanks, Jim

One more question:
Where to measure the distance for the arm? I was roughly 9.5" and I thought it is the standard. But I just found you also have 9" size. So I am not sure.
Thanks! Jim

Thanks for posting! If the teeth have worn out, you will need a new operator. Start by looking at our 39-031 and 39-032, I think these look pretty close. I would just make sure all the dimensions match up, especially the size of the link arm.
As for how to measure, look at the diagram below. This should clarify for you what we measure, precisely. You'll want to remove your arm from the window to get the most accurate measurements.
