The gear that connect the handle to the base

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. The appearance of the 'worm gear' poking out under your operator cover suggests that the operator gears have worn down. These cannot be individually replaced; therefore you will need a new window operator. Could you remove the operator from the window entirely, and show us a picture of it by itself, including the arms that push and pull the window? This will help us identify a replacement for you.
