The plastic parts, I think, of the part holding the roller, are cracked. For this reason, one (but not the other) shower door won't move unless we drag/lift it up firmly. When I try to tighten the vertical screw, it just pushes the plastic part up.s

We don't sell this exact roller, but the 10-153 is similar in design. Though we can't promise it will work, it may still be worth considering. Review the specifications for this part and see how they compare with yours.
