Can I buy the crank part
I can manage to crank window out but when I crank it closed the part unscrews and it falls apart!

The 39-083 and 39-140 Dual Arm Cranks appear to be the closest replacement matches to your existing operator. You'll need to confirm the wingspan measurement of your operator arms to determine which of these is the correct replacement.
The compatible handle is the 39-114L Crank Handle.
