The handles are broken, the treads do not turn

Need to find the replacement for the handle and also the operator. The brand name shows on the handle case is Bilt best. Can you please help with part number? Is there a whole assembly for complete replacement?

Your operator is stripped, so you will have to replace the whole assembly. Can you open the window and show us a clear view of the arms? If you can unlock the window, you should be able to push it open.

Take a look at the 39-032 with a 4-7/16" long link arm. Review the specifications below and compare them with yours to confirm a good fit for your repair.

I would like to point out that this window seems to be a casement window that has been installed as an awning window. Our 39-032 operator isn't designed to support the weight of awning windows, so you may experience a shorter lifespan as a result. Please keep this in mind.
