The first picture is of another window which open
No the opposite way, because the broken one is hanging so I can't open right now. As best as I can see the #'s are NFRC 001/002 HP low-e
And ICCC ( a little r in a circle) CBA ICMAC CIC-3.8 4-06

Thank you for your patience in this matter. We may be able to help, but I can't make out what kind of hinge you have from these photos. Would it be possible to see a clearer picture, perhaps from the bottom-up? Seeing as much of the hinge in one shot would be ideal. Thanks!

These are helpful, thank you. We don't have a hinge exactly like this, unfortunately. I'm also not sure if it's a 4 bar hinge or a 2 bar hinge. It looks like it might be a 2 bar. If so, you may be able to use our 36-048 as a substitute, but only if you replace the top and bottom at the same time. See the video below for instructions on how this is done.
