The hook won't come out

Need a replacement for the patio door. One of the hook wouldn't come out and is stuck inside the unit.

It definitely sounds like some mechanism inside your mortise housing is shot. I recommend our 82-239, this looks like it could be a good match for your original. Let me know what you think!
