A quick learner from Prescott, AZ says:

The lock is broken & as best as I can figure it is the main sliding plate, that is attached to the J hook that needs to be replaced. The assembly is from a DNS 16 sliding patio door lock. NOs. 13/25 is on the outside casting. If that part is N/A then a complete lock assembly will have to do, as the castings are OK. Thanks.
