The lockset has failed, I Need a replacement . Knob falls off, and Allen key set set screw stripped

Question

First I want to identify the required part numbers, and second identify if it's under warranty?
I have 2 similar doors, but the failed hardware is on the older of the two doors. Unfortunately the tag is so badly faded on the older door, it's not legible.
The only marks I can identify is on the glass which says "ppg hurculite
K Tempered glass".

i will attach a pic of the newer door, which also says ppg hurculite K tempered glass " , but the lockset on that has not failed yet. I simply include that pic so you know it is an Andersen Emsco Door. Which we bought from the same Home Depot . Can you help.

Thanks for writing in. Just to clarify, Herculite made the glass, not the door. Either way, we don't have an exact match for this handle set; but I think the 40-152 might work well as a substitute. Take a look and see what you think.

I'm afraid there's no way for us to know what the warranty of their door is. You will have to contact the original manufacturer for assistance.
