The mechanism that holds the lower

Question

The mechanism on both sides of the window snapped off, which means the lower half of the window wont stay in place and falls inward. I am looking to replace both sides.
The size of the parts I am looking for are about 2 1/2" x 5/8".
On the window latch (that locks the top and bottom in the center of the window) it says "Simonton".
Under the window there is a AAMA sticker that reads, among other things:
H-R20 -1219x2032 (48x 80). Series: 43-40 DH
PL# 063-047.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The part shown here is called a tilt latch. The 26-243 and 26-244 come to mind in terms of design. Our dimensions differ from yours though. You may want to double-check them and see how they compare with ours to be safe.
