The only mark is 26 4 LR CALDWELL

Question

I am having a hard time figuring out which channel balance is needed. The rope snapped and it says 26 4 LR CALDWELL on it but the metal is 27". I don't know what it means to measure the 'sash'to get the weight or whatever. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Have a look at both our S380-27 and S385-27 channel balance. Depending on the 'depth' measurement of the bottom balance shoe will determine which Series balance is the better match. Whichever one chosen will use a 2640 option that holds a sash weight of 19-26 pounds.
