The piece that allows window to tilt out

Hello, I am trying to obtain the piece on the inside of the window that I need to put my finger in to lift and free the window. The piece is broken

Hello does the picture help identify the parts.
One picture is the top part (both sides) and the bottom that needs to be replaced.
