The piece where the handle crank goes over snapped off. Do I need to replace the entire module or can I just replace the piece?

I'm afraid the piece that broke cannot be repaired or replaced. You'll need an all new operator. We can help, but we'll need a photo of yours entirely removed from the window in order to identify a match. In the meantime, you can see our entire selection here.
