I'm looking for the pieces with the crew and blue piece that plastic piece that the window slide into with the spring I dont know the make of the window that's my problem too

I need the plastic piece and the spring its 5/8 wide length is 29 1/4 can you help me

Your spring, or balance, is S600-29. As for the screw, that's not meant to be there and was likely jury-rigged. The plastic piece is known as a pivot shoe, and we need the exact depth of the shoe to recommend a replacement. Can you get that measurement for us?
