The plastic piece is yellowed and needs replacement in 5 windows

The windows open and slide up. They slide fine but the inspector called them out on our escrow because they wiggle back and forth. Home was Tracy home in RSM built in 1996.

Thanks for contacting us! Looks like your tilt latches are broken. Take a look at our 26-194 and 26-193 to start out. In terms of style, these look very similar, but I recommend going over our dimensions just to confirm that they match up.
