You have the Acorn series 1200 thermal break patio door. The inside hook you show is no longer available. However, looking at your photo, the hook in the 82-055K should work because the end that screws onto the thumb turn looks like it should line up with the cut out in the door. The other end which is shorter should not matter. The key cylinder tail is long enough to make up the difference.
