The roll part is slipping on my window.

I just need the part that is inside the window casing. That rolls the window in and out. The part that makes it roll in and out is broke

Thanks for your posting! The part that makes the window roll in and out is the casement window operator. If the worm gear in the center of the operator has become stripped, the entire mechanism will need to be replaced.

That said, take a look and the 39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator and compare them to confirm if this is the right fit. The opposite handed version is the 39-032.
