The sash broke at the same time as the break shoe.

I need 2 double hung Sash Coil Spring Balance, and 2 Sash Balance Break Shoe.

The measurements of the window are ---32 wide 56 long. ( Pretty close.) I don't know if the part should be # C-3 or C-4. Please help me.
