Thanks for the update. I have some more pictures and I measured the device . it is 10 inches. The black sach is definetly not aligning with the stainless line. The sach in the top is working ( last picture) it is just the bottom one. Please let me know which one I should buy and how long is shipping.

Scissor jack isn't a term I'm familiar with; it sounds like you might be referring to the hinge. If so, then consider our 36-048 as a replacement. As long as you replace the top and bottom then this should work well for your sash.

A quick learner from New Jersey says:
I order this (2) 36-004-10 : 10" Stainless Steel 2 Bar Hinge Set.. since it has the same amount of holes as the picture.

Sure, the 36-004-10 can work, too. Just make sure to replace the top and bottom simultaneously so that your sash has an even operation.
