The balances are shot they have the marking

On them. It seems like I may need to replace the plastic guides as well on a few windows since they are painted and sticky. Looks like total height is about 73.5"
Are there sash frame parts available for order as well?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell the sash frame parts but we may be able to help with the balances. Can you remove one that's in undamaged condition and show us some photos? We'd like to see photos of the plastic guides as well.
