The spring mechanism that holds the lower half of the window broke (right and left sides)

Hi Folks,

I need a right and left latch for a "Simonton" window. The triangle latching part broke off so if the window is not locked, it will fall over.
The measurements as I have them are 2 1/4 long (although as you can see part of it has broken off), 11/16 tall, and 3/8 deep.

Thanks for posting. See our 26-243 and 26-244 Tilt Latches. These are very common, but compare an undamaged version with the dimensions below and let me know if this matches what you have.
