The springs on all my window frames have disengaged from the actual window.

Quick Learner from Wesley Chapel, FL
I have included photos of the top of the window where the clips have broken off to allow the springs to disengage. I need to know the parts to order and how to reinstall and reset the springs. If you have any videos, that will be extremely helpful. I hav already ordered part 18-166 because it appeared this is the correct sash guide needed but I think there may be other parts necessary. Please help!

Hello there. When the channel balances shoot past the sash like they have in your photos, it's because the Top Sash Guides have broken, which is definitely the case for you. We carry many different Top Sash Guides. If you're uncertain the 18-166 was the correct guide for you, compare an undamaged guide to the diagrams below and let me know if anything differs.

The video below shows how to remove and replace these guides so that the channel balances are re-aligned with the sash and the window works smoothly again. Check it out.
