The tension screw doesnt adjust my 84-016

Question

My roller matches your 1 and 1/4 inch roller: Product Code: 84-016. The problem is my tention screw spins but does not retract the pivot point that this product attaches to. I keep breaking the roller when attempting to install. Is there another roller that I may install that avoid the use of the broken tension screw? Sincerely, Chad

It's tough to be sure, but it sounds like your adjustment screw could be stripped. You might to swap out the complete corner and roller for new replacements.
