The bar holding the top in is 5 inches long from frame to the top of window! Im needing a replacement one of mine same window is broken off completely. Thank you so much!

It appears that you need a hinge hinge. Our 36-048 should work, despite its differences in design, as long as the base track is 10" and as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time.
