The top and bottom of metal bifold doors have broken off

A home owner from USA says:

Hi.

Bought the home . No clue of manufacturer or when they were put in. No one seems to know 1. How to replace or 2. Where to get the parts. 

Gosh, I hope you can help! There are a bunch of these in the house so I assume will happen again. (The top one had a plastic cap.)

Thanks for posting, Alisa. From your photo showing the screw on clamp, I believe you have Slimfold doors. This door requires one 21-001 bottom corner threaded pivot pin while the other three spring loaded guide pins would be our 21-007. I pulled up some other items that are Slimfold. Look them over and see what you think!
