Please see the picture of the mechanism that does not work properly and I was advise to replace the wheel or the entire mechanism. please advise the part number based on the photo provided so I can order. Thank you Mark

Hi there Mark.

I'm afraid we don't sell just the wheel for this part. The 23-225 roller assembly looks like a match though. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.

Thanks Emily, looks a little different but is very close.The one I shared in the photo is I believe from 2004 when the home was built. Perhaps they have modified it. I will give it a try. I just ordered it. Thank you very much for your assistance. Mark

Emily, when I took a picture of it before, I Google imaged it and SWISCO came up under the heading, that how I found your company, I believe it should work and will update you when installed, thanks Mark

Thanks to this thread I have the same problem and item that i am looking for. Mark and I have exact roller we are looking for. But my wheels are completely broken so I need to buy the whole thing. Thanks to Google picture it leads me to your company. I am also buying 6 of this 23-225 rollers. I just wonder if Mark installed his and everything works well.
