The window by opens fine....but won't close

A quick learner from The house says:

The third picture is the screw mechanism that won't stay in.

Numbers on the part are..20755 & 30842r..it's a Norco window..jeldwin

Your operator could be either our 39-032 or 39-156, depending on the length of the shorter link arm. Take a look and see which set of dimensions matches up to your operator. Thanks for posting!
