The clips that hold the window straight when you pull it up are missing and then the plastic part that goes around the tube guide is also broken

Looks like you might need vent stops. I can't say for sure without seeing an original, but start by looking at our 26-338 or 26-122. See if one of these matches what you need. I am not sure if we have the spiral balance guide you need. Compare an undamaged version with our selection here.
