The cranks are also stripped now too.

while trying to lock this window, both handles snapped off as they appear to be made of plastic.

Hey, Lindsay. For the locks, see our 38-090. This appears to be a good match. I'm not sure about the operators, though. If possible, I will need to see a picture of one removed from the window. I need to see the whole part in order to recommend a match.
