Wheels are 1.125" diameter. Frame is about 11/16" thick. It's about 7/8" thick at the flared section. Overall length from mount hole to end of wheel is about 4.5"

Thanks for your post! Our 81-056 Patio Sliding Glass Door Roller comes to mind for a replacement match. Take a look at the diagram below. Double check the dimensions to determine if this is the right fit for your repairs.

Hi Jasmine. Thanks for the quick reply! That roller does look very similar, thanks for your help on that! One question: I measured the wheels at 1-1/8. Is the slightly larger 1-1/4 wheel going to be a problem?

Hello,

The 81-056 housing is available with the 1-1/4" or 1" wheel. We do not have an option with a 1-1/8" wheel, but the housing is adjustable so you should be able to make up the difference if using the 1" option.

If there is an issue, we also carry the 81-223 1-1/8" separately that can be switched out with the 81-310 axle repair kit. You could also consider this route if your original housing is still in good shape.
