There are no markings that in can see.

If you can make out the part that broke it's just the little metal retainer. But since I have now removed the entire part I think I need to replace the entire thing. Hopefully you can help me identify the parts I need. Thanks Tom

Thanks for posting, Tom. This looks like our 15-175 Coil Balance shoe. This shoe is compatible with our Series 152 Coil Balances. Let us know if you have any other questions.
