I need replacement hardware. The nipple the crank attaches to has sheared off. It looks like metal fatigue.

Hey Gary. This appears to be the 39-031 and 39-032 Dual-Arm Operators. Just make sure the dimensions match what you have. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.
