There is a wheel approx 1 inch from end of door

Question

I believe a single moving wheel fit into the recessed wheel.
There is a recessed wheel it doesn't seem to move.
It is approx 1 3/4" in to 2" in from end of door.
Door 36 3/8 wide
Grove is 10/16" wide
There is a hole to put screw in.

There was no removed part. It is missing.
