Therma Tru Window Hardware

Received part from customer. He says they are from Therma Tru Windows. The pin that goes into it is also broken. Any idea if they can be bought separately? I have no markings or numbers.

The part in your photo closely resembles our 26-355 pivot bracket. Take a look and see if you agree. You also mentioned a pin. Have a look at our 20-016. Is this the type of pin you're referring to? If not, please get back to us with a photo of your pin and we will look into it for you.
