Therma-Tru integrated deadbolt lockset?

looking for integrated lock set. only idetifiers are number on sticker on lockset and Therma-Tru on the door.

Hi there! Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell replacements for this type of lock, unfortunately. Contacting the original manufacturer of the door would be your best bet. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
