Thermal Gard Window Parts

Question

I have several windows that need the spiral balances(red), pivot shoes and pivot bars. Do you know which part numbers I need. The old pivot bars were plastic.

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. I think we can help, but I cannot determine what you have from these pictures. I will need a little more information before we can recommend something for you.

For the spiral balance, can you check the diameter of the outer tube? It will be either 3/8" or 5/8". If it's 3/8", we recommend the Series 900. If it's 5/8", we recommend the Series 600 instead.

As for the pivot shoe, it might be an older version of our 15-070 but I'm not sure. I'd like you to remove it from the window and see if your dimensions are the same. I'd also like a photo of it from the back to confirm. There's a certain specific detail that I think will be on the back of your pivot shoe. If I can see that, I can confirm.

Finally, I don't know what your pivot bar could be. I would need a photo of the old one out of the window. I will also need its dimensions.
