Good morning. My customer has asked that I look into replacing the weather stripping along the exterior edge of her Thermal-Gard windows. It looks like kerf mounted foam filled bubble, but I am having trouble finding an exact match. I will attach some pictures. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.

Hey there!

I, unfortunately, can't ID what you may have from these photos. Can you remove an undamaged sample and show us a clear photo of the end profile? That's the best way for me to narrow down your options.

Hello again. Please take a look at the new pictures below. It looks like a hollow foam filled bubble. The measurement of the diameter of the bubble is roughly 5/16, the overall measurement from the top of the bubble to the top of the T is 3/8, and the top of the T is 3/16. Thank you for your time!

Thanks for getting back to me! Hmm, we don't sell this exact bubble seal. Our 58-135 is similar in design though. Take a look at the specifications and let me know if you'd be interested in trying a sample! You'll just need to pay for shipping.

Hello again Emily. On second thought, this seems to be the closest thing I'm going to get to the original weatherstripping. Will you please send me a link to purchase four 25' lengths? It is only 1/32 larger in bulb diameter than the original, so I think it will work. What is the return policy in the event it doesn't work, or won't allow the window to close properly? Thank you.
