Thermal Guard handles for older double-hung windows (400 Series?)

Greetings,

I am contacting you today because we are in need of 6 vinyl handles four our vinyl double-hung Thermal-Guard brand Windows as they have been breaking over time.

These handles are 2.75 Inches from side to side and attach to the windows from the bottom with a single Philips screw (pictured)

DO you have replacements I could order
