Hello,
Unfortunately, Thermal Gard discontinued this pivot shoe but our 15-070 should work well as a replacement. I've had many customers successfully use it in the same window. Let me know what you think!

Thanks Paul. I ordered one set and if it works I'll order parts to fix the other 18 windows. It looks like these pieces are broken in almost every window in our house

The parts seem to work. They do fit more snug than the old ones but seem to be working. The cut out in each track needs to be made slightly longer but is pretty quick work with a dremel. We will need to replace a lot of the springs as we are finding that many are broken. Do you carry a replacement part for the top window handle?

As for the sash lift, yours looks a lot like our 26-147.
