Thermal guard sliding patio door tilting when trying to open.

Question

Can't open sliding patio door due to it tilting and getting stuck. Can this be fixed. Don't know the problem or hardware that might/if resolve this problem

I'm not sure what you mean when you say it's tilting. Could you show me a picture? That will help us determine what the problem might be and what can be done to fix it.
