Thermotite window

Question

Need the metal/steel  piece Shown in the picture that stays on each side of the window which controls the window from going up and down. Any help would be greatly appreciated

That piece is called a coil balance. I'm not sure exactly what you have, but I think it may be our Series 180. This is designed to be used in a shoe/carrier like our 15-087, which looks close to the white plastic part. You should look over our photos and information to confirm. Too much of your balance is obscured for me to be certain.
